What's the best thing about your job? All the kids. It makes me happy to see all those hungry faces.

What would you change here if you could? Change the counter and window, make them bigger.

What is the student's most favorite lunch? Bean dip and hamburgers mixed together.

Do you eat the food here? Yes, I love the food we serve.

If so, what is your favorite thing to eat here? Coffee cake.

Do you think Alexandria should have a salad bar to combat all that cheese on the menus? Yes, that would be nice.

Do some teachers order the same thing each week? Oh yes, we have a few creatures of habbit.

Who does the cooking at your home? Me

Any advice for students wishing to go into the food service business: It’s good because you could learn lots about food preparation.
