School's Calendar

Alexandria follows the Los Angeles Unified School District's four track year-round schedule. Students are assigned to one of four groups or "tracks." The four tracks then follows the general pattern of eighteen (18) weeks of attendance and six (6) weeks of vacation. Three quarters of the student population are "on-track" during the year. Alexandria is officially closed for winter break and most major holidays, but does not have a spring break. The school year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th. Parents, students and teachers support this calendar and feel that it provides maximum learning potential for our students.
